Venture Project Engineering Manager
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is for our clients Venture Project. They are looking for an Engineering Manager to interface between our client and Venture on primarily conceptual and front end studies. The ideal candidate will need to be a good communicator and work well with clients as well as being technically competent in pipeline engineering and subsea field development.
Generic Roles and Responsibilities:
Within project constraints, manage an operational segment of Engineering or Construction by directing, developing, communicating and implementing the companys direction and strategic goals
Contribute to business development and marketing internally to the companys employees as well as externally to the clients
Support the pursuit of project opportunities and identify the resources and training necessary. May participate in early development of strategy, implementation and execution phases. Responsibilities may include business development, budget control, project and resource management, engineering operations, performance management, training and all other related business activities
Identify applications for existing and new technologies, and communicate best practices throughout the team
Establish goals and objectives for engineering operations and make operational decisions
Fully endorse and execute all legislative initiatives
Oversee and direct key areas |
